Capital Consulting & Asset Management is an independent, client-focused, and results-driven advisory firm based out of Lincoln, Nebraska.  Our professionals have over 40 years of collective experience and are committed to continuous education.  Our office delivers innovative strategies that provide clients with the financial future they desire.

Rob Nixon, founded Capital Consulting & Asset Management (CCAM) in 1996 in order to serve the financial needs of professionals, businesses, institutions and families.  He recognized the value to and the desire of clients to be served in an independent fee based environment where long term relationships are forged. 
Rob was a student of the College for Financial Planning out of Denver and graduated in 1983.  Shortly thereafter Rob received his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation which he maintains to this day.  Rob has more than 25 years of experience managing client assets and helping clients reach their financial goals.  In addition, Rob holds an insurance agent license, which is required in order to evaluate insurance policies and strategize for clients.

Jonathan S. Camp joined the Capital Consulting & Asset Management team in 2011. Jonathan is a 27 year Nebraskan, proud father, and family man. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the College of Law at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Systems Engineering. Over the last year Jonathan utilized his skills to provide legal, business, and financial services in a variety of circumstances to a diverse range of clients. Jonathan will be providing advisory services through CCAM, but is not securities licensed and will not be providing securities business.
Jonathan maintains a separate legal practice, Camp Law Offices, LLC, where he serves as an attorney-at-law. Jonathan does not perform legal function for CCAM and does not render legal advice in his position with CCAM.  Also, Jonathan holds an insurance agent license, which is required in order to evaluate insurance policies and strategize for clients.

Cory Koeppen has been with Capital Consulting for over 10 years.  He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance.  Cory currently is CCAM’s Financial Analyst.

Amber Roemer has been with CCAM since 2008 as the Client Service Manager.  She graduated from Doane College with her Masters of Arts in Management and also received her Bachelor’s Degree from Doane in Marketing.  She received her certified Registered Paraplanner (RP) designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2010.  Amber also holds an insurance agent license, which is required in order to evaluate insurance policies and strategize for clients.

Hayley Ault joined the CCAM staff in 2009.  She graduated from Doane College with her Bachelor’s in Public Administration.  She currently assists Amber with any client related services.

Amy Waller provides all payroll and accounting functions for CCAM as of 2010.
